Role: Principal Consultant

Location: Sydney

Salary: AUD 150742-171215 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • 15+ years of IT industry experience, 8+ Years experience in IBM Records Manager, FileNet as a Developer, Designer and as Architect.
  • Working exp in Agile methodology.
  • Single handedly capable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM Filenet solution.
  • Should be able to work on Records Management, Strong exposure in Archival, Retrieval.
  • Strong experience of P8 content engine and process engine APIs is a must.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.
  • Experience in Configuring, Design and Development on Filenet specially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager as candidate will be working in a team of highly motivated technical experts delivering various challenging high visibility projects.
  • Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
  • Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and /or Filenet.
  • Develop System Monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
  • Work on Estimation and sizing for new proposals.
  • Ability to adapt to fast pace development model is crucial.
  • Should be ready to travel as needed.

Skills and Competencies:
  • IBM Filenet P8 - expert - Filenet P8 5.2.0 fix pack 5 / Filenet P8 5.2.1 fix pack 5
  • Java/J2EE - Advanced , Spring - Advanced , Junit- Advanced , iBatis/Hibernate

Essential:
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of the general digital landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and provide appropriate alternatives and solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle.
  • Ability to guide the business through UAT through to sign off, managing any postimplementation changes.
  • Knowledge of applications support and development
  • Ability to work independently or within a team framework, and in varying customer environments
  • Strong time management, workload management and organizational skills

Preferred:
  • Proven Diagnostic and Troubleshooting skills
  • A disciplined approach to planning, implementation, and project execution
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet agreed timeframes
  • Understanding of Agile development practices.

Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge in a relational database management system
  • Business acumen and industry knowledge with a strong understanding of business processes and products.
