Infosys is seeking a Principal BY ESP Consultant with BY Demand/BY ESP, BY S&OP experience. As a Principal BY ESP Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for providing Solutions on the BY SCPO transformations from customer's requirements. You'll be required to provide solution design functionally for the customer requirements, preparing/reviewing solution/functional design/detailed design specifications, coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve demand /ESP queries or clarifications, help in fit Gap analysis, design and complete implementation. You'll Interact with customer business consultants and SME to understand and analyze various requirements and work with process consultants.

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 11 years of relevant Information Technology experience

- The location for this position is Phoenix, AZ. This position may require travel to project/client location
- At least 8 years' experience with Blue Yonder implementation projects
- Experience in BY Demand/ BY ESP and BY S&OP experience
- Strong conceptual understanding in the Supply Chain Planning and Optimization
- Experience in JDA/BY Demand Planning, ESP, FF, S&OP, IO
- Experience in BY SCPO Architecture to provide best possible design to the customer.
- Experience in JDA/BY Demand , S&OP & Supply Planning
- Prior JDA/BY Demand Planning and ESP implementation experience in the Semiconductor domain would be an added advantage
- Experience in JDA/BY Demand Planning, Demand Planning 360, Demand Classification modules
- Experience in providing support for Demand & ESP Project estimations.
- Experience in providing Demand/ESP, S&OP Solution leadership in the development / implementation project.
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- Experience in configuring and customizing JDA/BY Demand Planning, ESP, Fulfillment, IO, S&OP
- Experience in configuration & development with JDA/BY Demand Planning, ESP, Fulfillment, IO, S&OP
- Experience in Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures
The job may entail travel to customer locations. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
