Practice Lead - Organization Development

Infosys is looking to hire Practice Lead for its Organizational Development (OD) team. In this role, the respective individual will lead the team in below areas of OD.

  • Strategy and Leadership
Develop and lead the OD strategy aligned with the organization's goals and business objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert in OD practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
Lead the OD practice area, often managing a team of OD consultants or specialists.
  • Talent Development
Partner with HR and business leaders to design and establish Talent development programs. Identification of Top talent framework, facilitating talent assessments, coaching, and development planning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational challenges and opportunities.

Facilitate group processes such as strategic planning, team building, and conflict resolution.
Translate organizational needs into effective OD solutions and interventions.
  • Metrics and Evaluation
Define success metrics and KPIs for OD initiatives.
Monitor the impact of OD programs and make data-driven adjustments.
Report on the effectiveness of interventions to leadership and stakeholders.

Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 11 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant work experience with MBA from accredited University

  • Location for this position is Richardson, TX. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel as required.
