SuccessFactors Platform Administrator
Location: Hybrid (Santiago, Chile)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SuccessFactors Platform Administrator to manage and maintain the SuccessFactors Employee Central platform. This role is critical to ensuring the system is configured, secure, and aligned with client's internal policies. The administrator will work closely with the Security Consultant and other stakeholders to support user management, system configuration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Administer SuccessFactors Employee Central platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Create and manage user accounts, organizational assignments, and employee data.
  • Configure system parameters, including password policies, login rules, and platform settings.
  • Define and maintain roles, permissions, and access profiles in alignment with Walmart's security policies.
  • Collaborate with the Security Consultant to ensure compliance with internal governance and data protection standards.
  • Support audits and implement corrective actions related to system access and configuration.
  • Provide basic support and troubleshooting for platform users.
  • Document administrative procedures and maintain system configuration records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Proven experience administering SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
  • Understanding of user provisioning, role-based permissions, and system configuration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with corporate security policies and compliance practices is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
