You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience Automation Java Test Lead
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Review approved requirements and technical design documents and develop the performance test strategy and plan
• Collaboration with other teams including Development, Architects, Business and Production Support during all stages of PTLC.
• A broad knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools with an understanding of a wide variety of technologies and architectures
• In-depth knowledge working with JMeter and Blaze Meter with experience in HTTP, Java, Bean Shell, SOAP Samplers
• Strong Knowledge to design performance testing and monitoring framework for non-functional testing (load, volume, stress, capacity and scalability)
• Strong knowledge in understanding SQL DB Tuning, Data Requirements and Batch Jobs Performance
• Experience in identifying and providing tuning recommendation for various infrastructure components such as Application Servers, Database Servers (SQL, MongoDB), Middleware (MQ, Kafka) and Web Servers along with long-term architectural improvements.
• Responsible for implementation of application and log monitoring solutions and should have In-Depth understanding of Monitoring, Profiling and use of tools such as Dynatrace, ELK etc.
• Conduct application performance reviews with application teams to identify performance and application errors.
• Identify bottlenecks and tuning points, collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure regarding performance engineering, design, and testing.
• Working knowledge in various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum
• Manage projects and prioritize workload whilst meeting project milestones and deliverable dates.
• Knowledge of micro service architectures, Cloud (AWS/Azure) or Hybrid infrastructure
• Working experience in Investment Management or Capital Market domain is good to have.
• Good Presentation and communication skills. Excellent written and oral communication

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
