Infosys is seeking a Performance Test Lead.
As a Performance Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the non-functional requirements of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and execute tests to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:
Basic:
- Bachelor's degree with preferred study in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, Georgia or be willing to relocate one of these areas.
- This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

- Solid work experience in Performance testing, preferred more than eight plus years of end-to-end performance testing delivery
- Excellent communication skills to co-ordinate with client stakeholders
- Experience in creating Performance test scenarios simulating real world load patterns, Create realistic Workload models
- Expertise in Performance testing tool K6(mandatory) , Experience in Performance testing tool JMeter, LoadRunner
- Expertise in any one APM tool New Relic (preferred), Splunk, Dynatrace root cause analysis
- Solid experience performance testing on cloud implementation GCP (GCP preferred), AWS, Azure
- Evaluate areas for performance optimization and provide recommendations
- Should be able to analyze business scenarios independently
- Good understanding of the non-functional requirements
- Able to evaluate the objectives of the service level agreement
- Good communication and should be able to communicate efficiently with Architects, developers to gather requirements
