Infosys is seeking an Oracle PeopleSoft Senior Security Administrator withexperience of carrying PeopleSoft Security related tasks in PeopleSoft HCM/Financials support projects. The PeopleSoft Security Administrator analyzes and maintains functional security objects and role definitions related to the PeopleSoft Application. This role works with business units, development, project, and application support teams to define and implement functional security access requirements and determine appropriate security restrictions in the systems to meet those requirements. This role owns the analysis, design, and documentation of all functional security access analyzing security change requests and changes introduced as a result of the development of new or modified user functions and assisting in the resolution of functional access security-related production issues. This position is part of the PeopleSoft Security Team and supports the Auditors with the ongoing development of processes and procedures to strengthen the security environment and internal controls. This position also helps to develop and enforce the organization's security policies and procedures (including business continuity and disaster recovery plans- among others). Experience with PeopleSoft Application security setup is a must.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area.
- At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
- 3+ years' experience working with PeopleSoft Security in both HCM and Financials.
- Strong experience and process knowledge of PeopleSoft Application, Data and Tools Security.
- At least experience of 2 projects in PeopleSoft HCM/Financials domain and experience of at least 2 implementation/Upgrade/support project of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2).
- Experience configuring/developing security objects that adhere to Oracle/PeopleSoft development, standards, and best practices, and the ability to document the security changes so that it may be interpreted, maintained, and enhanced.
- Ability to do basic data analysis by writing basic queries in query tools such as PS Query Manager, SQL/SQL*Plus, Toad, and SQL Navigator.
- Practical knowledge of People Tools.
- Communicate well, in written or oral form, with clients and colleagues using a professional and clear manner and language appropriate to the audience.
- Be detail orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to cope with complexity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of working with Public Service organizations.
- Expertise and responsible for providing consulting service to support all aspects of HCM systems implementation including business flow understanding and documenting using Visio and Microsoft tools, requirements gathering, performing Fit/Gap analysis, application design documentation.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
- Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Be able to work independently.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
