PeopleSoft HR Techno Functional Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking a PeopleSoft HR Techno Functional Lead Consultant with knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft HR Modules. The selected candidate should be able to address user issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. The selected candidate will interact with customer process consultants and SME's, as well as perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 7+ years of relevant Information Technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Candidates may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones to client locations.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• At least 4 years of PeopleSoft HR techno functional experience
• Proven experience in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions to complex problems
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and support processes
• Expertise in PeopleTools, SQL, and related tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Functional and technical understanding of EPBCS and HFM
• Familiarity with various business processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability and desire to work closely with customers

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

• In CA / WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN : $94,000 to $131,600
• In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600
