OSS/BSS, Amdocs Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in Amdocs, OSS/BSS skills. This position responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality of integrated systems and applications through comprehensive validations. This role involves designing, executing, and maintaining validation plans to validate the interaction and data flow between different software components. The chosen candidate will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and the scope of development. The role will require strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment while contributing towards developing and adhering to best-practices for developing applications that are scalable, relevant, and critical to the project.
This position is based out of Denver,CO Saint louis, MO, Charlotte ,NC. Candidate can work from anywhere in the USA and or Remote during MST or CST or EST time zone. This position may require travel to project locations.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Expertise in managing and leading telecom billing transformation projects.
• Expertise in Telecom BSS and OSS products.
• Experience with Billing, Amdocs Clarify CRM, Customer Management, Amdocs Turbo Charging, Provisioning, Mediation, Accounts Receivable and Collections and Partner Settlement.
• Design, development and operations experience with highly-available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide highly specialized expert technical and team leadership, guidance, and support in formulating strategic technology approaches and system architectural patterns across enterprise systems.
• Responsible for designing and leading other architects in designing reusable technical assets (i.e. reference design patterns, architectural frameworks, domain models, system/solution designs, etc.) as well as developing and implementing design standards.
• Provides advanced guidance, direction and oversight to senior level architects and technologists while participating in the development, implementation and adherence to governance standards for enterprise systems.
• Analyze and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures.
• Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the knowledge base, blogs, and brown bag lunches.

• Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base; mentor and coach the internal team through internal training sessions.
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team.
• Continuously learn and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ : $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC : $66,500 to $100,300
