OSS BSS Consultant
Infosys is seeking a OSS BSS Consultant - The position will primarily be responsible for product ownership on custom IT applications. The selected candidate should have good technical knowledge, analytical ability, good communication and previous experience in leading as product owner. Candidate should have experience of managing the team and have good understanding of Incident and Problem management.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Basking Ridge, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experienced in the areas of OSS/BSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements within Service Fulfillment / Assurance / Billing.
- Understanding on telecom OSS with experience in standard design tools Design Patterns, UML, BPMN, SOA etc.
- Knowledge in GenAi/Prompt Engineering Concepts and applicability in Digital Transformation programs.
- Experience in designing on Service Fulfilment, Assurance, Inventory, Activation, Middleware, Interfaces (one or many) at telecom projects and rollout
- Knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx (eTOM, SID), ITIL, IEEE, etc.
- Knowledge of Synch Vs Asynch API's, SOAP, Rest architecture.
- Must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals.
- Experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in one or more areas of Telecom process (Fulfilment/Assurance), preferably Assurance.
- Should be able to prepare, analyses and review proposals from internal teams, be able to provide appropriate solutions to problems, and make day-to-day decisions to run the client projects.
- Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements.

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
