Infosys Public Services is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join our team.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
- Provide guidance and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training initiatives for public sector transformation programs. This role ensures successful adoption of new systems and processes by aligning stakeholders, enabling users, and integrating change activities into broader project delivery.

- Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Design and execute comprehensive communication, engagement, and resistance management plans.
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions, build change agent networks, and establish feedback mechanisms.
- Define and monitor change adoption KPIs; adjust strategies based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.

- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end training programs across key functional areas:
- Operations
- Financial Reconciliation
- Audit
- System Maintenance
- Develop training curricula, materials, and delivery schedules aligned with project milestones.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and facilitate hands-on workshops for end users.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback; implement continuous improvement measures.
- Integrate OCM and training workstreams into overall project plans and governance structures.
- Track and report on milestones, deliverables, and risks related to change and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and client-side) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Provide regular status updates and strategic insights to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the public sector creating OCM programs or training curricula for system implementations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a role similar to the one proposed for this project.
- Experience in transportation, tollway, or comparable industries with a strong customer and systems focus.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in leading OCM and training initiatives within public sector environments.
- Strong understanding of government operations, compliance, and stakeholder dynamics.

A Bachelor's degree/MBA or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
