Order Management & Billing Specialist (S2F/Q2C) with Spanish

We are looking for a candidate with:
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in customer service or supply chain
Petrochemical industry experience is a plus
Familiarity with transportation, inventory, and order management
SAP knowledge preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows)
Skills:
English & Spanish at minimum B2 level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Adaptability and independent decision-making in dynamic environments
Proactive problem-solving
Your key activities:
Manage customer orders, follow-ups, returns, and claims
Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and delivery issues
Monitor inventory and allocate stock
Support and train junior staff
Process inbound/outbound deliveries and shipping documentation
Share shipping instructions and track transportation
Optimize vehicle scheduling
Analyze inventory and delivery performance
Conduct audits and reporting
