Oracle Xstore Technical Lead

Infosys is seeking Technical Lead with Xstore/POS experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Oracle XStore product implementation specific to customer requirements. The selected candidate be experienced and knowledgeable in Xstore POS framework and should be able to provide solutions in implementation/Support projects pertaining to Xstore POS. Position will troubleshoot the POS application issues, interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Derive opportunities and make recommendations from the discovery product discussions towards solution to problems in point of sale, store business enablement, bring in value add in the process.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate may be located preferably around Ontario, Canada area or remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• 4+ years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, we are not able to sponsor at this time
• Experience with Oracle Xstore POS implementation or support projects
• Experience in engagements involving requirements gathering, reviewing architectural solutions, integration, solution design for POS implementation tailored to client landscape

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience with application development and support
• Experience in executing development and support projects
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
