In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 2, your Area of Responsibility will be as below:
- Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
- Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation.
- Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market and perform comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options.
- Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
- Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
- Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
- Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Technical experience in Technical Solution Design and Development in Oracle EBS using Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting
- Expert in performance tuning and advanced Pl/SQL
Preferred Skills:
- Extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP across high tech customers
- Experience in development of integrations, custom extensions development

The candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Jose, CA or willing to relocate to the area.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
For candidates based out of San Jose, CA estimated annual compensation will be $104,079 to $190,358.
