Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM Support Lead

Infosys is seeking an Application Maintenance Support (AMS) Onsite lead - Primavera solutions. You will play a role in application maintenance & technical support of Primavera P6 EPPM and related applications like timesheet, Unifier and custom middleware integration applications. This will require you to work closely with the customer and any Primavera product related technical issues & support. You will be working with onsite and offshore, technical & functional support teams, to support Primavera applications, including application monitoring, batch job execution, upgrade & integration with other applications, along with issue resolution & responding to Primavera related requests. You will be participating in planning, designing, coordinating, and executing of application technical support processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
- Candidate must be willing to relocate to Columbus OH area or within commuting distance. This position will require travel to client locations.
- Responsible for service delivery of Primavera and related application for global energy management company with multiple business units using Primavera applications.
- Responsible for Technical Application Maintenance and Support of P6 EPPM, Timesheet, Oracle Unifier and custom integration adapter for Primavera integration with other enterprise applications.
- Close coordination with 3rd party applications team for integration of Primavera.
- Coordinating with application vendor - Oracle and infrastructure support teams like DBA, Citrix, network etc.
- Execution of implementation with support from extended team of consultants and developers from offshore and onsite with proper handover and documentation.
- Providing both technical and functional subject matter expertise in Primavera application to the customer for its effective usage.
- Monitor daily batch operations and fix any occurring issues.
- Work on enhancing the current application architecture by implementing new processes and improvements.
- Automate recurring processes or tasks and enhancing the work environment by making it more efficient.
- Available for On Call support of high priority issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years strong techno-functional experience in Primavera application Primavera P6 EPPM, timesheet, Oracle Unifier.
- Hands on techno-functional experience of handling Primavera modules: P6 EPPM(Web), P6 Professional, Team Member, BI Publisher and Oracle Unifier.
- Hands-on experience in handling custom Integration adapters for Primavera integration preferred.
- Technical experience with Primavera integration and third party tools such as Primavera Gateway or custom integration experience of Primavera with ERP applications would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of P6 integrations API and Webserviceswould be a plus.
- Oracle certification in Primavera would be a bonus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
- Experience of working in globally distributed team, especially in onsite-offshore model.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
