Infosys is seeking an ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) Technical Lead. The position will primarily be responsible for implementing/support of Oracle Pricing and Billing functionalities in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing Application (ORMB) as well as integrations to other satellite applications. The candidate should possess sound knowledge on OUAF Technical Framework, interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes as well as issues.

Skills:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Required Skills

Over 10 years of overall experience in ORMB/CC&B in billing and receivable management domain.

Over 5 years of experience leading ORMB implementation as technical architect/solution architect.

Prior experience in ORMB Product, Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), Oracle Database.

Prior experience in Pricing functionalities, solution design and support experience for various pricing models.

Implementation experience in ORMB- including in-depth knowledge of OUAF framework. Sound hands-on experience in designing, developing, debugging ORMB Batches, Algorithms, Business Services, Service script, MO, BO, Web Services (SOAP & REST API). Strong knowledge on the ORMB Data model, Oracle SQL skills and Hibernate Query Language (HQL), performance optimization.
Good knowledge of ORMB business entities and Domain knowledge and ORMB technical expertise across process areas such as TFM, Products, Pricing, Billing, Payments, Accounting, product customization, interface design and development, coordination of system and user acceptance testing, and conducting trainings.
Experience doing Fit Gap analysis, analyzing business requirements, and creating custom solutions in ORMB, functional/technical design documents and solution blueprints.

Experience interfacing ORMB with external applications - banks, fulfilment systems, general ledger systems, online customer portals.

Provide support to business users and support user acceptance testing and support activities.

Program Solution Advisory to project team members such as project managers, business system analysts and cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have the End to End understanding of a company's Pricing and Billing processes and its impact in finance process
  • Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives
  • Project and thought leadership
  • Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience and specifically to CXO level
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

  • The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
    Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
    Ontario:$ 89004 to $115491
