Oracle Field Service Cloud Technology Architect

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Technology Architect. As a Technology Architect, you should have proficiency in Oracle Field Service and its modules like Core Manage, Mobility, Resource Management, Activity Management, Routing, Capacity Planning, etc. Should have experience working in Application Support project and are able to play role of a techno functional (able to connect technical analysis with functional terms to explain it to user). You will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate may be located anywhere in the US but must be willing to travel for key milestones to Milwaukee, WI. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in configuring Oracle Field Service Cloud core manage and mobility services. Core manage setup, resource tree automation, Collaboration, Routing and Forecasting & Quota Management
  • Must have hands on experience in End-to-End OFS cycle from scheduling/dispatching to customer sign off
  • Must have experience with custom forms and plugins development to meet complex business requirements for mobility service to support technicians
  • Good knowledge on REST APIs and its effective usage for bulk loads, debug, issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency and Technical skills in Oracle Field Service cloud with with large scale implementation
  • Experience in OFS providing daily production support, documentation, and delivery of ad-hoc requests
  • Comfortable to support interfaces with other applications
  • Should be able to work on Technical Design and Architecture in OIC based integration
  • Experience on Cloud integrations with on premise applications and other cloud applications will be an added advantage
  • Should be capable of reviewing the work done by team members and guide them in complex issues.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in CA, WA and NY are as indicated below:
$96,000 to $134,400.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
