Oracle EPM Techno-functional Architect

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EPM Techno-functional Architect who will be driving a cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. This position should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle EPM Cloud SAAS platform- EPBCS, FCCS and ARCS. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud- EPBCS and FCCS, ARCS implementations. Candidate should have experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. Should be capable to deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation. Candidate should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson, TX or Hartford CT. or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. This position may require travel within the US.
  • 6+ years of experience in design, modeling, implementation, development and maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of products.
  • 4-5 years of end-to-end hands-on experience in implementing Oracle's EPM Cloud suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud, FCCS and ARCS etc.
  • Strong functional understanding of financial planning and budgeting specially with financial, workforce and project module.
  • End-to-end implementation experience with EPBCS- financials, workforce and project module, close and consolidation and account reconciliation.
  • Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design, functional design.
  • Experience in business process redesign or transformation.
  • Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore.
  • Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and demos, run pilots to showcase EPM products.
  • Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
  • Hands on experience in building application artifacts (configuring dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM automate scripts etc.).
  • Building data integrations and designing dashboards & reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • End to end Integrations between EPM Cloud and other source systems like ERP Finance, HR system etc.
  • Experience in client facing role - Conducting workshops/CRP's/User story clarification sessions.
  • Experience in documenting functional design documents, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.
  • Need good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in onsite-offshore models.
  • Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
