Infosys is seeking Oracle EBS Finance Project Manager drives programs and projects of significant complexity and risks . The position primary responsibility overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects . This position will be responsible for Schedules and prepares meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go, post-mortem .

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, Business, or related discipline preferred.
  • 6 - 8 years of Accounting/Finance experience in a multinational environment with at least 2 years of project management experience leading cross functional project initiatives and process improvements.
  • Solid understanding of PMI Methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, decompose high-level information into details, and drive decision-making.
  • Team player, flexible, and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization.
  • Good understanding of Finance, Tax, Accounting, HR and Operations/Customer Service and their interdependencies.
  • Ability to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects/strategies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Independently plans and drives programs and projects of significant complexity and risks.
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects.
  • Organizes the overall project team and establishes clear roles and responsibilities at the beginning of each project.
  • Analyzes project plan to identify and mitigate risks and minimize potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborates with GPOs, BizApps and BPAs from various functions to create detailed project plan.
  • Schedules and prepares meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go, post-mortem, etc.
  • Facilitates meetings by sending meeting agendas, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, and capturing and tracking issues reported during all phases of the project.
  • Drives assigned team actions to resolution by working with action owners.
  • Proactively identifies dependencies between teams, resolves issues, and ensures all plans align on delivery criteria.
  • Influences decision making and problem solving across projects, programs, and teams.
  • Closes projects and reports overall level of success to sponsors and stakeholders, and identifies lessons learned for continuous improvement.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
