Oracle CX (Fusion Service Cloud) Senior Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant withexperience on Oracle CX Cloud including implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud, Oracle Digital Customer Service, and related modules and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Service and Digital Customer Service, complemented by experience with other Oracle CX modules and a broad understanding of other Oracle Fusion Apps.
This role will require to play key role in implementations and contribute to different phases of project lifecycle including leading requirements gathering, solution design, and play an important role in the configuration, development, and deployment of the Oracle Cloud solution. The role will require to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Location for this position is Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson, TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, and related technologies
- Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of processes and problem definition.
- Knowledge and experience of implementing Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, and Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service, Service Entitlements/Coverages, RMA and Depot Repair
- Skilled with application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder.
- Knowledge of Webservices based integration
- PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to client

- Perform role of a Senior Consultant at onsite and work with offshore team on deliverables.
