Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud SCM Techno-Functional Consultant withextensive experience in R12 and Fusion SCM solutions. The person will primarily be responsible for playing Customer Facing Role onsite in Mentor, Ohio. Candidate will co-ordinate with global Infosys consultants and Customer (Business and IT users) to resolve open items in supporting R12 and Fusion. They will work on and resolve critical issues in SCM Techno-functional areas of R12 and Fusion. Selected candidate should be able to understand /resolve customer concerns in technical/functional/human resources space to ensure customer ERP operations continue in an effective/efficient fashion.
Required Qualifications:
- 11+ years of Information Technology experience
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- Candidate must be located within daily commuting distance of Mentor, OH or be willing to relocate to the area. Minimum 3 days of working from customer office is a must and may increase on as needed basis.

- Hands-on experience with development, testing and deployment of PLSQL/BIP/OIC/SCM configuration fixes. SCM configuration will cover mainly OM, Mfg, Inventory, Planning and Procurement.
- Experience with navigating towards issue resolution Integrations/system interfaces (predominantly on a PaaS Cloud)
- Experience in playing customer-facing role
- Ability to handle postproduction support issues in R12 and Fusion [SCM and Finance].
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver outcomes consistent with customer expectations.
- Ability to face-to-face communicate with customer to give them the confidence of Infosys ability to bring the situation under control and then actually driving the solution to under control.
- Ability to work with Oracle in resolving the open items and driving resolution of critical solution gaps

The job may entail travel to client sites. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
