Oracle Cloud - Order Management, Inventory, PDH (Functional consultant)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules (OM, INV, PDH)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order processing, inventory transactions, and product data governance.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand pain points and suggest system improvements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Oracle Support for SR resolution, Support month-end and year-end activities related to inventory and order management, Assist in minor enhancements, configurations, and testing of new features, Document functional changes, SOPs, and training materials for end users.
Module Expertise:
Order Management (OM):
  • Order capture, orchestration, and fulfillment; Drop ship, back-to-back orders, ATP, and pricing configurations; Integration with AR, Shipping, and GOP.
Inventory (INV):
  • Inventory organization setup, sub inventories, and locators; Inventory transactions, costing, and cycle counts; Integration with Procurement and Manufacturing.
Product Data Hub (PDH):
  • Item creation, lifecycle management, and governance; Item templates, classes, and change orders; Integration with external systems for product data sync.
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM modules; Hands-on expertise in OM, INV, and PDH configurations and support; Strong understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle Fusion architecture.
  • Experience in issue resolution, SR management, and functional documentation; Excellent communication skills; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
