Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Tester with a strong understanding of instant payments and transaction lifecycle, specifically in the context of Singapore's FAST and G3 systems. The role requires comprehensive functional knowledge across payment channels, core banking integrations, accounting, and reconciliation processes to ensure seamless testing and validation of payment flows and operational readiness.
Minimum 3-8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in banking or financial services.

  • Based: Singapore
  • Product & Operation Knowledge
  • Product Knowledge
  • Good Knowledge of Instant Payment (FAST)
  • Good Knowledge of Transaction Flow with G3 including the reversal flow (CTO, CTI, DDO, DDI)
  • Operation Knowledge
  • Good Understanding on from Channel mapping to Payment system
  • Good Understanding of Accounting Entries (Ledger Posting) within Settlement GL to Payment System with Core Banking
  • Good Understanding of Reconciliation Process for Transaction status with Channel
  • Good Understanding for GL Reconciliation Process (TLM)
  • Good Understanding for Sanction screening (Non SWIFT) (API FAST Out)
  • Soft Skill & Trait to align with GTB
