Infosys BPM is looking for Operations Manager/Global Process Owner for its customer project in Marseille .
Location: Marseille

Background & Activities
Infosys teams are multidisciplinary (multi-technology, functional and technical areas), global (local and offshore) and multicultural: you will work exclusively in an international context, mainly in English

Key responsibilities:

  • Operations Management & Business Development
    • Manage delivery as per the agreement with the client
    • Bring functional expertise within business teams
    • Provide leadership to ensure alignment between all stakeholders
    • Develop and enforce strategic vision for Supply Chain Services
    • Grow the business, reduce supply chain costs, improve efficiencies, and execute the integrated business plan
    • Increase productivity by implementing improvement projects, and driving automation
    • To visit client onsite to strengthen the relationship
    • Participate in regular business meetings (monthly / quarterly reviews)
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Understand aeronautics client business
    • Build and maintain relations with client key stakeholders and establish collaborative environment
    • Client expectations and satisfaction management
    • Escalation prevention & escalation management
    • Participate in regular business meetings (monthly / quarterly reviews)
  • Retention & Talent Management
    • Conduct regular 1:1 meeting with employees (monthly) and career conversations (biyearly)
    • Set clear expectations / goals / objectives, monitor the progress and give actionable feedback (conduct employees progress review)
    • Reward employees and recognize the successes
  • Risk & compliance management
    • Oversee risk assessment and defining mitigation plans
    • Managing compliance with the contract, external regulations and corporate directives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a similar position Order Management area
  • Customer orientation and experience in maintaining relationships with stakeholders
    Very good communication skills
    Ability to make decisions and improvements
  • Highly developed organizational & time management skills
  • Fluent English and French
  • Professional experience in a corporate environment is more than welcome
