Location: Cape Town, South Africa

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 2 years of experience in airlines operations or flight administration, and a strong foundation in HR processes such as Employee Data Management, Query Resolution, and Strategy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day airline operations and crew scheduling activities
  • Manage and maintain employee data using HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Resolve employee queries and support HR operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation using MS Office tools

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2+ year of experience in Flight/Airlines/HR Operations
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in Crew Scheduling or Airlines industry transaction processing
  • Alternatively, experience in HR Operations such as Employee Data Management
