About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 2 years of experience in airlines operations or flight administration, and a strong foundation in HR processes such as Employee Data Management, Query Resolution, and Strategy Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day airline operations and crew scheduling activities
- Manage and maintain employee data using HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Resolve employee queries and support HR operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Generate reports and maintain documentation using MS Office tools

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ year of experience in Flight/Airlines/HR Operations
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in Crew Scheduling or Airlines industry transaction processing
- Alternatively, experience in HR Operations such as Employee Data Management
