OpenText xECM Lead

Infosys is seeking a OpenText Lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Farmington Hills, MIor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience and in OpenText xECM solutions

Technical Expertise

OpenText Modules: OTCS, OTDS, Archive Server, Brava, Capture Center, Enterprise Scan, Document Pipeline

Strong understanding of relational databases and Windows / Linux environments.

with at least 2-3 years in Installation, Support, and maintaining OpenText ECM systems (Content Server) or similar enterprise content management systems, including related web servers and databases. Ability to install, configure, and administer OpenText ECM/Content Server or a comparable ECM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement and Manage OpenText solutions, including Content Server Architecture, administration and development.

Lead version upgrade projects and ensuring minimum disruptions and optimal performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

Mentor and lead technical teams, managing project in dynamic environments.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
