OM Specialist with French
Location: Lodz
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Knowledge of French (B2/C1) and English (min. B2)
- 1-2 Years of experience in OM
- BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of the supply chain and order management process
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures
- Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
- Team player who helps create a result focused and motivating team environment

- Practical knowledge of ERP / CRM systems
Your key activities:
- Implement order management in a timely and accurate manner adhering to Delivery date compliance
- Initiate and maintain regular dialogue with customers (ex: Sales, Manufacturing, Inventory Deployment,
- Distribution Operations and Transportation) to resolve and prevent issues and to enhance mutual understanding of process
- Partner with lead teams and other functions to identify ways to improve efficiency of the order
- Partner with Supply Chain associates for Order delivery concerns
- Work with other team to resolve root causes of fines, deductions, and reductions
- Nurture and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Document process documentation and standard methodologies
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot OTC concerns to meet flawless order expectations using SAP, 3rd party systems, Power BI and Excel
- Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
- Quote Administration, Parts Administration, Billing Administration & Contracts Administration
