O9 Project Manager

Infosys is seeking an O9 Lead Consultant and you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to O9 Solutions Demand & Supply Planning. You will be responsible for the techno-functional solution of O9 solution design, requirements specifications, consulting on functionalities implemented, testing of deployed planning process with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Strong experience in supply chain management
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing O9 Solutions
- Ability to develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the O9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components
- Define integration strategies for the O9 solution with existing systems and processes to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
- Proven experience in designing scalable and efficient system architectures
- Demonstrable experience in engaging with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand specific requirements and objectives for new markets.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to identify unique challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements in new markets.
- Ensuring the solution is scalable to accommodate future growth and can perform efficiently under varying loads, defining and gathering non-functional requirements (NFRs) to support rollouts.
- Strong experience in designing the overall system and tenant architecture, including data models, application components, and user interfaces.
- Thoroughness in ensuring the solution complies with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements in new markets.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the solution architecture, including design specifications, integration points, and data flow diagrams.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements
- Certification in o9 Solutions or related technologies
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
$98486 to $134404
