- Maintain and operate network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wireless and Datacenter
- Oversee the restoration of faults, proactively maintain network infrastructure, and manage escalated technical issues
- Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders for network-related activities and project requirements
- Perform capacity planning, network modeling, and monitor network traffic for future expansion or upgrades
- Manage hardware and software upgrades, diagnose and resolve network issues, and perform preventive maintenance
- Creating network diagrams and documentation.
- Recommend technology upgrades and improvements.
