Network Datacenter H&F Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 6 months of experience in Network H&F Support,
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• Hands on experience in Datacenter racking, stacking, cabling
• Good customer handling skill and prior experience in support,
• Install, troubleshoot and repair network issues (both hardware/software),
• Basic troubleshooting of network devices/ Wi-Fi /router/switches,

Preferred Qualification:

• Basic knowledge of Networking.
• Must have right attitude and customer centric approach.
• Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW).
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
