.NET Lead Developer

Title: Lider técnico | Technology Lead Full Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid Mode (CDMX, GDL and MTY)
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient .NET Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# development, leadership capabilities, and experience with BI tools and SQL Server. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage projects and teams, and a deep understanding of enterprise-level software development.
Mandatory:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with .NET Core and C#.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server and BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
• 10+ years of Experience in Visual Studio, VS Code, Chrome Dev Tools.
• Experience working in Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Experience across the full system development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with US retail power markets is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools like SonarQube, and Git.
• Knowledge of additional front-end or back-end technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with US retail power markets is a plus.
