Mobile Automation Test Lead

Infosys is seeking a Technical Test lead - Selenium/Mobile automation Testing

You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or Johnston, RI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Experience building test automation and have used automated frameworks, tools. Very strong understanding and experience in UI & Mobile automation using Selenium with Java programming.
• Strong API automation knowledge and experience with Ready API or Rest Assured
• Developing configurable, maintainable, reusable, and dependable test automation components and enabling DevOps through continuous testing.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment, Github, and hands on experience using CI/CD systems preferred to enable testing pipeline.
• Creating test approaches and understanding how a system works. Ensuring that test plans properly align with business requirements and are kept up to date.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining integration testing suite to ensure reusable common components meeting quality and security standards.
• Research and evaluation of testing tools and frameworks; planning and development of test strategy and plans; and analyzing test process automation strategy and framework.
• Data profiling with data ingestion and all related data tasks including test data creation. Assists with setup and maintenance of test environments
• Develop, execute, and maintain complex test cases to ensure the system functions according to requirements and document defects with supporting documentation.
• Analyze moderate to complex problems to determine the root cause of the issue and conduct tests that will help in duplicating or troubleshooting.
• Collaborating in Agile cross-functional teams to deliver solutions with high quality across different technical environments.
• Good work experience in Test & Defect management role and strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle using Jira
• Must have the knowledge of Banking (Consumer or Commercial, Payments domain) and played the role Test Management for Banking programs for implementation, rollout, upgrade projects.
• Should be able to provide daily status report, timely updates, handle escalations and able to provide inputs on critical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client and onsite-Offshore teams. Participate in leadership meetings at onsite and provide insights related to program.
