What we are looking for:
• Approximately 5 years proven experience leading D365Finance and SCM data migration projects

• Knowledge of D365F&SCM Data Management Framework, Data Entity model and architecture
• Lead Data Migration Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage data migration strategies and plans to ensure successful migration from legacy systems to D365.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices
• Data Management skills: Define Data migration strategy including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Oversee data migration activities - data loading, reporting
• Proficiency in ETL tools and techniques
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency throughout the migration process by developing and implementing data validation protocols and procedures.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to data migration, and develop contingency plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business units to ensure alignment and successful integration of migrated data.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes, methodologies, and lessons learned.
• Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data transformation tools.
• English language required. If candidate speaks German that is a plus as he/she would also support Air Liquide Austria team in the preparation of the data to be migrated. However, Germany language is not a requirement.
• Possibility to travel occasionally to Paris and Vienna for workshops.
