Job Description:
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and programs that support the strategic priorities of the MSP security business. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, marketing expertise, and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine marketing strategies that support business growth and align with MSP market needs.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute events, including webinars, tradeshows, and workshops, with a focus on driving lead generation, partner engagement, and brand awareness.
- Lead Development: uncover new routes for lead development via careful planning and research, potential programs may include peer-to-peer groups, paid media, appointment setting programs, etc.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with brand strategy.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Minimum Requirements ("Must Have" Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing copy for emails and landing pages.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (ex. Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.).
- Experience in cybersecurity, preferred experience in the partner or MSP ecosystem.
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with experience in managing multiple projects at once .
- Experience at large, complex organizations.
- Ability to travel to major events, conferences, and internal meetings as required.
