Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Lotus Notes Specialist to manage and enhance our Lotus Notes/Domino environment, support application development, and contribute to strategic migration and AI initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, business engagement capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Experience with Lotus Notes Administration
  • Key responsibilities include:
Maintain and optimize Lotus Notes/Domino servers for performance and availability.

Manage user provisioning, access controls, and security configurations.

Monitor server health, perform backups, and resolve system issues.

Apply patches, upgrades, and support system migrations.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and audit standards.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in infrastructure migration and vendor coordination.
  • Experience with Pega platform and migration projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Foundry tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
