Local IT Support Engineer - Brno

We are currently looking for a System Engineer for our internal Technology Infrastructure Team (Local IT team).

Your tasks in detail:

• Delivering local IT support to all technology infrastructure projects in Brno location
• Supporting internal employees
• Working on hardware inventory and preparation
• Working on complex infrastructure management with strong focus on security
• Working onshifts together with colleagues (coverage from 07:00 - 15:30/09:30 - 18:00) + on call support outside working hours

• Customer-facing capabilities, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong IT knowledge with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the core IT field
• Good knowledge of IT security and vulnerabilities management
• Hands-on experience in managing Active Directory (must-have)
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches configuration (must have)
• Strong understanding of core infrastructure both Cisco network and Windows servers
• Experience/knowledge with supporting user applications (MS Office, Citrix, VPN) and Windows OS knowledge
• Sufficient English level (at least B2 level) (must-have)
