Process Lead
As a Process Lead you will be working in our Special Markets Unit in Atlanta servicing high net worth private placement clients and policyholders. We provide services to our external partner Life Insurance Carriers, Advisors and Fund Managers in support of the Private Placement Variable Universal Life (PPVUL), Private Placement Variable Annuity (PPVA), Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI), and Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) products.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the VPAS® Life system and the process flows for the different tasks and products we service for our clients.
- Build and maintain a strong professional partnership with the client, being fully versed on the client's products and service offerings and ensuring compliance with all Infosys McCamish processes and procedures.
- Responsible for risk mitigation and error/problem resolution through collaborative discussions with team members, other service teams, system engineers (SEs), business analyst (BAs) and leadership.
- Work alongside the Process Specialist, performing Quality Assurance reviews on all tasks processed for the day.
- As a team member and SME, you are expected to share knowledge with other team members to ensure full comprehension of all downstream impacts of the process flows.
- You will periodically assess our processes and provide input/suggestions for efficiency gains to reduce risks and increase profitability.
Basic
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in Insurance industry
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on the details
- Ability to anticipate future client needs through reporting, administration and client interactions
- Facility to understand, create, and perform process flows for multiple product types
- Knowledge of financial products and back office operational processes
- Knowledge of Private Placement Variable Universal Life (PPVUL), Private Placement Variable Annuity (PPVA), Indexed Universal Life Insurance (IUL), Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI), and Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) products
