Lead SAP EWM Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP EWM Consultant
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
- This position is based in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must be willing to work from office at this location daily.

- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM/EWM experience in S/4 HANA in Automation, Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture / Design / Detailing of Processes
- Should have experience in SAP EWM module Skills and at least one end to end SAP EWM Implementation Experience
- Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation
- Key areas of expertise - Goods Receipt, Inspection, Deconsolidation, Physical Inventory, Replenishment, Wave Processing, Picking/Packing, Shipping, Inspection
- Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration
- Evaluates, designs, develops, programs/codes technical solutions to meet functional business requirements not addressed through commercial application configuration including technical object development within commercial applications, and development of custom applications or microservices leveraging on-premise and/or cloud-based capabilities and tools.
- Analyze and modify existing technical solutions, and/or code or formulate logic for new programs, applications and services based on functional requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows and forms and/or custom application functionality.
- Perform coding, technical testing, debug, and functional testing support.
- Develop and recommend changes in development standards, methodologies, and practices.
- Work with business users to identify business processes with opportunities for improved efficiency or competitiveness
- Hands on experience in warehousing operations is a plus
- Good Analytical and Communication skills

- Ability and willingness to work with global teams across time zones.
- SAP EWM / WM/ MM certifications a big plus.
