Infosys is seeking a Lead .NET & WPF Developer.
In the role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle in .NET and WPF. You will also be expected to build high-throughput, fault tolerant systems with requirements including; elicitation, application architecture, definition and design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Antonio, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Experience in .NET and WPF
- At least 4-8 years of experience in .NET Core Development.
- At least 4-8 years of experience in WPF development
- Expertise in working with .NET Core APIs with Swagger, XUnit with Moq.
- Working experience in MVVM with Prism is a plus.
- Experience with Front End technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Ajax.
- Strong experience in Object Oriented Programming concepts.
- Strong experience in software design and development.
- Ability to go through existing codebase to document app functionality and to work with evolving requirements in true Agile fashion.
- To collaborate with Architects on development and design.
- Excellent client facing and communication skills.
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, Non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Experience working in and have good understanding of Development process like Agile, waterfall.
- Good analytical ability and communication skills is must as the role requires to perform regular discussion with client and business teams for eliciting the requirements.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns.
- Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline, Bit-bucket, Bamboo, Jira.
- Hands on experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
- Domain knowledge of Capital Markets will be good to have
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
- Contribute in complex design related activities apart from Coding, review and testing activities.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
