Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IS-U CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP CRM within the Utilities industry, combining strong technical development capabilities with deep functional understanding. The candidate must have a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM implementation and support projects. This role requires a professional who is adept at working in Agile environments and familiar with DevOps methodologies.

- Analyze and gather business requirements related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in a Utilities environment. Sound knowledge in the development and adaptation of tariffs for billing different product specifics and legal requirements
- Define and implement CRM business roles, product configuration, and integration scenarios with IS-U Billing and Device Management.
- Work on business partner replication, contract accounts, and premise and connection object data flows.
- Support end-to-end testing, user training, and UAT facilitation.
- Configure and troubleshoot data replication between CRM and IS-U using middleware.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP CRM Technical areas, specifically within utility sector solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM Web UI, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPs ABAP), and OData services.
- Proven experience in CRM and IS-U system integration, especially for customer master data and service management.
- Deep understanding of business processes in SAP CRM and the ability to translate them into functional specifications.
- Proficiency in analyzing and resolving production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Skilled in creating high-quality functional and technical specification documents to support development and configuration work.
- Good Communication and Client Interaction Skills.
- Focused mindset with positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to new Technologies/Cultures.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops
