As a Scrum Master, you will have -
Facilitates, inspires, guides teams to realize their goals and to become successful and self-managing teams. Provides feedback, incorporates best practices to challenge the team to move on to the next level of maturity in a high performing team. Coach teams to think ahead, act pro-actively and grow in maturity.
Responsibilities:
• Createandstimulatetransparent communication in the team and stakeholders to eliminate impediments and minimize dependencies
• Ensurethat all Scrum events take scrum model
• Ensureteamstakeownershipof both their delivery objectives as well as their Agile Journey, practices and mindset

• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owner, Solution architects & the Area Triangle to drive change and improve the area
• Facilitate on the Area-level for multiple teams
• You are the driving force for teams to elevate our way of working. The goal is to deliver more business value with the right quality, while maintaining velocity and fun.

• You will work closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Solution Architects within Area of Integration.
Required knowledge and experience:
• Certified (PSM1/PSM2) Scrum Master.
• Proven experience as "Scrum Master".
• Experience in coaching and guiding multicultural high-performance teams.
• Experience effective intervention in both individual and group settings to bring teams to a higher level of maturity.
• You are a hands-on servant leader for teams.
• You have excellent communication and mentoring skills, and you focus on the scrum values of dedication, courage, focus, openness and respect.
• You master the English language. It is a pre if you are fluent in Dutch
