SAP MM Lead
Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work)


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP MM Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the SAP Materials Management module, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading implementation, support, and enhancement projects. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10 + years of experience with Information Technology
  • Proven experience in an lead or senior consultant role.
  • Experience with S/4HANA is a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lead the SAP MM workstream for implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, scope documents, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, business requirement gathering sessions, and design discussions with key business users. Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP MM processes, including but not limited to:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP MM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective SAP solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis and create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, PP, FICO, EWM) to ensure seamless integration and business process flow.
  • Work closely with ABAP developers to validate technical designs and ensure the final solution meets functional requirements.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and performance of the SAP system.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel will be as per the job requirements.
