Lead Consultant - SAFe Agile

Infosys is seeking Lead Consultant Safe Agile. In this role, candidate will be responsible for preparing the service quality plan, co-ordinate with the teams (client, offshore, 3rd party vendors), Knowledge Management Compliances with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis for the specific processes under purview within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Expertise required in transition coordination, resource planning and training, performance management of the team, Service level agreement and process compliance, knowledge management, process reengineering, resource optimization and overall governance of the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of related work experience.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience in application development and support in using .net or Java applications

• Willing to work with onshore, nearshore, and offshore team members to get the deliverables on time and meeting quality standards.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and Agile delivery models and roles.

• You need to be process wise and technically proficient and responsible for quality related to the design, build and implementation of the product/service.
• Experience of working closely with the project manager/architect and act as a guide to the team. You are responsible for delivery of the client requirements along with your team in designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting high performance mission critical applications to meet the company's strategic objectives.
• Experience in ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Experience in analyzing user requirements to inform application design. Defining application objectives and functionality. Help with functional testing of the applications.
• Expertise in helping team in debugging and resolving technical problems that arise. Producing detailed design documentation. Recommending changes to existing applications issues for permanent fixes. Work with business users and end users to gather requirements & feedback, create stories and acceptance criterion and working with the IT development team in delivering them.
