- SAPのコンフィギュレーションとアドオン設計。
- 機能定義書の作成と機能テストの実施。
- 成功事例の提示とSAPスタンダードへの適用。
- SAP PPマスターデータとオープン・アイテムの移行のサポート。
- SIT、UATに向けたテストデータ、シナリオ、スクリプトの準備のサポート。UAT実施と不具合管理プロセスにおいてチームをサポート（問題を記録、ソリューションのステータスを管理、など）。
- トレーニング・セッションにおいてチームをサポートかつ指導。
- ハイパーケア期間、テスト期間においてシステム不具合の特定をサポート。
- プロジェクトを成功に導くために内部チームメンバーと良好な関係を築く。
- 第三者の組織または個人とのコミュニケーション。
