Your role
In the role of a Functional Consultant (Lead Consultant), you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities:


• Client relationship management - Managing relationships with client personnel
• Process design, harmonization, and standardization, across multiple business units and geographies
• Requirement's elicitation, Fit-gap analysis, Solution design, Functional designs, and configurations for Supply Chain Planning processes on Oracle EBS
• Lead cross track discussions and finalize cross track end-to-end solutions across Sales, Finance, Procurement and Logistics
• Execution and support of functional testing, QA, SIT & User Acceptance Testing, Production Cut-over and post-production support
• Working with and guiding technical teams on development activities like data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports
• Ownership of Quality deliverables for a globally distributed Oracle EBS implementation team, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure
• Review of Solution Design, Functional Specifications and Cross track solutions
• Working with technical teams for executing Performance Tests, analysis and resolving performance issues
• Working with BI teams for reporting solutions
• Documentation of Process Design, Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configurations, Test scripts, Process SOPs, training material and keeping data updated on Defect tracking and ALM tools

Required:

• Solution Lead with core skills -strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R12 Modules - Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
• Should have played Solution Lead Role in the past, in Oracle ERP led transformations and should be well versed with Oracle EBS capabilities
• Responsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support
• Strong experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for Very High transaction volumes and should have good experience of Performance Testing of solutions
• Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape
• Knowledge on end-to-end processes Forecast to Plan, Demand to Deliver, Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management is a must
• Experience in handling integration with external partners/ applications like -Part Catalogs, trading partners - Suppliers & Customers, EDI in European region is essential
• Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages
• Comfortable in driving requirements workshops, CRPs and Key Design Discussion sessions with client
• Oracle Certification is mandatory, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams, OCI etc.,
• Managing Client escalations in Supply Chain Planning area
• Onsite-Offshore communication and work management

Preferred:

• Knowledge on PDH/PIM, WMS, Planning modules will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools is desired
