Role: Lead Consultant
Location: Melbourne
Salary: AUD 129311-142018 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to collections activities to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- - Process Improvement: Evaluate current collection processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- - Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on collection performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with collections team, IT, and other departments to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- - Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies to optimize recovery rates and minimize losses.
- - Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- - Technology Utilization: Leverage collection software and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- - Training and Support: Provide training and support to collections staff on new processes and systems.
Essential:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- - Knowledge of collections processes and regulations.
- - Experience with collections software and systems

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- - Proactive and self-motivated.
- - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
