Position Overview:
We are seeking an AI Governance & Responsible AI Specialist with a strong background in AI governance, a deep understanding of responsible AI principles, and expertise in managing and developing AI-related projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of working in AI governance, knowledge of European Union regulations, and proficiency in multiple EU languages. You will be responsible for ensuring that our AI projects align with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Responsible AI principles across various AI projects.
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance on the ethical, legal, and societal implications of AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are developed transparently and responsibly.
• Monitor and evaluate the deployment of AI systems to ensure they adhere to governance protocols.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on responsible AI practices within the organization.
• Stay current with EU regulations, guidelines, and laws related to AI governance, and ensure projects meet these standards.
• Act as the key point of contact for AI governance-related queries and issues.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet business objectives while mitigating potential risks.
• Contribute to AI ethics research, thought leadership, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Multiple years of professional experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills:
oStrong understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, accountability, transparency, and inclusivity.
oProven experience working in AI governance, with a focus on compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
oSolid experience in AI project management, including guiding AI solutions from ideation to implementation.
oFamiliarity with European Union regulations, including GDPR and AI-specific legislation.
oProficiency in at least one additional EU language (besides English), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats. Preferred languages: [List languages based on the company's needs, such as German, French, Spanish, etc.].

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Ethics, Law, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI, Ethics, Data Privacy, or Governance are a plus (e.g., Responsible AI certifications).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI models, machine learning, and data privacy concepts. Experience with AI tools and frameworks is a plus.

Soft Skills:
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
oStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.
oAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in AI projects, including design, development, and deployment.
• Knowledge of global AI governance trends and best practices.
• Experience in multi-lingual and multi-cultural environments.
