Role: Lead Consultant
Location: Melbourne
Salary: AUD 129311-142018 (Annula Gross)
Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, validate, and document business requirements or user stories.
- Design and optimize SOM processes to streamline order orchestration, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Candidate should have expertise in
- Various network domains
- Telecom OSS
- Network as a service layer
- TMF compliant network APIs
- Order orchestration
- Event generation and consumption for E2E Order visibility
- Integration with an external vendor for logistic delivery and management
- Co-relation of network alarms
- Telecom Domain
- Business Analysis
- Requirements & Process
- Telecom Service Order Manager
- Proficiency in order management systems and tools.
- Agile way of working
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and practices.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
