Infosys - HRD - Lead -Business Partner HR
Infosys is looking for a Lead Business Partner - HR for its Human Resources team. In this role, the respective individual will explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness; execute unit specific performance management initiatives; Assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct New Hire Orientations, Onboarding formalities and Exit interviews
- HR Operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Ensure that corporate initiated programs meet appropriate Canadian legislation and are consistent with local conditions.
- Improve employee satisfaction and engagement by ensuring a fair and effective feedback mechanism is delivered to achieve improved employee performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.
- Engage in other HR activities and special projects as assigned.

Basic
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 6 years of work experience including HR domain with Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience with Masters.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian HR laws and regulations
- Work experience in a high / fast-paced organization with constantly evolving priorities. Also experience working for global / multinational matrixed organization is preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Work with a high sense of urgency and efficiency with a top-level customer-focused approach
Preferred:
- HR domain knowledge of specific areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Organization Development.
- Coaching and Mentoring skills for team building, client facing skills.
- Crisis handling tasks
- Experience working with goal-oriented metrics and KPI's
- Facilitate timely flow of information for analytics and reporting for different HR processes.
- Assist in manage and review the following - HR operations, Performance management framework
- Manage and support the following aspects - Employee Assimilation, Hiring and Deployment, Performance Management.
- Execute unit specific performance management framework
- Monitor the employee governance process and adherence to code of conduct
- Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.
- French language proficiency is an asset but not mandatory
