Infosys is seeking a Lab Operations & Integration Process Consultant- The position will primarily be responsible for supporting the customer's Lab Networking Operations applications as a Business Analyst. The selected candidate will have good understanding of networking, experienced in Rack and Stack & Infrastructure Deployment & Expert Cabling and Interconnect Solutions. The candidate will be proficient in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, creating test plans and driving Business Acceptance testing. The candidate will also be experienced in working with Data Center Engineers, Lab Managers, and other stakeholders and ensure processes align with business objectives and customer needs.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Jose,CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Expertise in Cisco device configurations, encompassing advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLAN segmentation, security policies, and automation scripts.
• Experience in Cisco Systems, including fabric interconnects, service profiles, and firmware updates
• Experience to Engineer high-speed copper and fiber optic cabling solutions, including advanced technologies like 400G and beyond
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to analyze and translate complex networking requirements (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols) into actionable business specifications for data center infrastructure projects.
• Ability to analyze Cisco device configurations and troubleshooting processes to identify areas for optimization and process improvement, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Experienced to independently conduct requirements gathering and analysis, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate data center infrastructure projects.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, 1 and to facilitate effective problem-solving sessions.
• Ability to conduct on-site data center assessments and requirements gathering, which may include physical observation of equipment and infrastructure.
• Prepare reports/presentations for senior management, variance analysis (comparing with annual plan, budget, forecast) and recommendations based on the goals/forecasts
• Serve as the principal advisor for complex troubleshooting scenarios, providing expert guidance and
